By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees that Backyard Air Suspension & Innovations, LLC has no obligation to provide any additional warranties, repairs, maintenance, upgrades, modifications, or compensation of any kind beyond what is expressly described in the Official Giveaway Rules.

Production of each item begins only after an order has been placed. Estimated production and shipping times are provided for convenience only and may vary due to production schedules, order volume, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond the control of Backyard Air Suspension & Innovations, LLC or its fulfillment partner.
