Win a 2020 Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide with a 131 Motor

1. Eligibility:

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Backyard Air Suspension are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

Each purchase of an apparel item at backyardairsuspension-giveaway.com equals one (1) entry into the giveaway.

There is no limit to the number of entries per person. The more items you purchase, the more entries you receive, increasing your odds of winning.

3. Giveaway Period:

The giveaway begins on [Start Date] and continues until the reserved quantity of giveaway-related items has been sold.

4. Reserve Requirement:

The 2020 Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide will be raffled only after the minimum 5,000 reserve number of items has been sold. If the reserve is not met by the scheduled raffle date, the raffle date will be extended until the reserve is fulfilled. All previous entries will remain valid.

5. Winner Selection:

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. A third-party service or independent party will be used to ensure fairness and transparency. The winner will be announced on social media and contacted via email or phone.

6. Prize:

The winner will receive one (1) 2020 Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide with a 131 motor. No cash alternative or substitution will be provided. Prize is non-transferable.

7. Shipping and Delivery:

The motorcycle is located in Pompano Beach, Florida. The winner is responsible for pickup or shipping arrangements and any associated transfer costs or delivery fees.

8. Notification:

The winner will be contacted on the date of the drawing and we will try to continue to reach within 7 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

9. General Terms:

By participating, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Backyard Air Suspension, which are final. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, tampering, or violating these rules.

10. Privacy:

Personal information collected will only be used for this giveaway and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
