Print-on-Demand Return Policy

T-shirts are custom printed after the order is placed. Because each shirt is made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color selection, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@backyardairsuspension.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the issue is approved by our fulfillment partner, a replacement or refund may be issued.

Merchandise refunds or replacements do not affect the Official Giveaway Rules except where entries are voided due to cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or ineligible orders.
